Our client is a global MNC energy company and headquartered in Singapore.
Job Description
- Deliver and manage IT services based on the service catalogue, ensuring timely solutions and project completion aligned with yearly plans and SLAs.
- Monitor IT service management processes, act as problem owner when needed, and advise management on service improvements and innovations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead the team by setting performance targets, developing skills, providing guidance, and fostering growth through training and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, end users, suppliers, and partners to optimize service delivery and stay aligned with business needs.
- Oversee contract finances, implement sourcing strategies, control budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- At least five years' experience working in IT service delivery.
- Strong track record of consistently delivering IT services with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and end users to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma, Microsoft Workplace, and leadership training are preferred.
