The Assistant Relationship Manage position is to provide administrative support to all Relationship Managers in the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain Sales reports for the department and the Relationship Managers.
  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and assist with client onboarding.
  • Handle account maintenance, periodic reviews.
  • Support Relationship Managers on trade transactions and facilitate coordination within the sales team.
  • Assist the Relationship Managers in liaising with the trade team for trades execution if required.
  • Liaise with Marketing department to coordinate clients’ events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of documentation support experience in Financial Institution.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and good follow up skills.
  • Beside English, ability to communicate in Chinese language for managing Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Strong sense of initiative, ability to multitask and is well organized.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build basic Macros in Excel.
  • Basic understanding of financial products.
