You are motivated to succeed and to earn a high income and know that the only way you can succeed is via your clients succeeding, and you assist them through a consultative selling approach.
Employment Status:
- Full time. The typical hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Position Summary:
As a Relationship Manager, you are vital to the sales team. You spend your days on the telephone/zoom or in meetings with prospective and existing clients. You have an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services and consult with clients to help them solve problems and create opportunities. You enjoy a high level of client intimacy. Your tools are an iPhone, MacBook, and our customized Stakeholder Management System. You work closely with our consultants and specialists to schedule appointments, share client information, and work as a team. After succeeding as a Relationship Manager, your career can develop into a Coach, Executive, Business, or Seminar Leader.
Position Purpose:
This role aims to engage with and support clients, turning them into lifetime fans who benefit from our programs and services and referring other like-minded clients to us.

Compensation:
Total Package on Target: $18,000 to $35,000 per month. The compensation package comprises base salary, commission, quarterly and annual bonuses, and educational benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Invite clients and prospects to free and paid seminars.
- Consult with clients to match their needs with company products and services.
- Develop new markets.
- Invite clients to social events.
- Build corporate relationships.
- Follow up with seminar attendees to build relationships and advise on the next steps.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience. Excellent communication skills. Enjoy helping people and being of service. Results-oriented.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
