We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Business Development Manager to drive our company’s growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with a strategic mindset who excels at building rapport and navigating complex decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
1/ Lead Generation: Prospect, identify, and qualify new high-value leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry research. 2/ Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. 3/ Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. 4/ Pitching & Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. 5/ Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new areas for expansion. 6/ Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure brand alignment and provide feedback on customer needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
