  • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead and manage ERP Project Engagement.
  • Responsible for the successful initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project.
  • As a PM, you should possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to build strong relationships and alliances with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for providing inputs to the Account Manager for implementation updates and assisting with the account growth.
  • Other responsibilities include:
  • Defining and maturing the project scope, developing the project management plan, and scheduling project activities. Executing work to accomplish project objectives under the project scope statement / SOW.
  • Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress.
  • Comparing actual performance with planned performance, analyzing variances, and assessing trends affecting the process.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of the project, maintaining regular communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Formally terminating a project and transferring the completed product to operations.
  • This position requires travel to customer locations within company operational areas.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3 years in project management.
  • Proven success in ERP project management; Oracle Netsuite experience preferred.
  • Experience with structured development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills; experience with nearshore teams is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, multitasking, reliable, quick-thinker, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Technology, MBA, or equivalent.
  • Experience with presales, contracting, and multiple commercial models (T&M, FP, outsourcing).
