Overview We are looking for an ERP Project Manager to join a regional electronics manufacturing company. This is a high-impact role ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess a strong background in operations, digital transformation, and process improvement. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design of core business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Ensure all business requirements are captured and integrated into the overall solution. Collaborate with Business Solution and Process Leads to resolve design issues and prioritise key decisions. Support benefit realisation by embedding measurable KPIs into the design and tracking them through delivery. Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring the solution meets both functional and technical needs. Coordinate with testing teams to define test scenarios and lead integration, regression, and UAT phases. Identify key business changes and support the Business Change team in driving adoption. Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts, such as capability maps and process documentation. Contribute to roadmap planning and assess change requests and business cases where required.
