In this role, you'll lead digital and integrated accounts across G2B , B2C and B2B clients, delivering innovative solutions that drive real business impact.

What will you be working on?

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead and own client relationships, providing strategic direction for major campaigns and multi-faceted projects
  • Deliver counsel to senior clients, becoming their trusted strategic advisor
  • Drive significant account growth through strategic planning and lead new business development initiatives
  • Stay ahead of cutting-edge industry developments and proactively share insights with clients and internal teams
  • Design comprehensive measurement frameworks with strategic KPIs aligned to business objectives

Project Management

  • Demonstrate exceptional project management skills, overseeing complex campaign execution
  • Ensure strategic alignment and meet critical deadlines
  • Strategically manage client budgets, forecasts, resources, and team utilization for optimal performance
  • Apply sophisticated understanding of financial metrics including revenue, profitability, pricing, utilization, and forecasting

Team Development

  • Develop and mentor junior team members, driving quality standards and operational excellence
  • Build deep digital expertise across the team
  • Establish and maintain a culture of digital excellence and knowledge sharing
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including strategists, producers, writers, and designers

Campaign Execution

  • Lead social campaign strategy from concept through execution
  • Implement sophisticated targeting, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Create compelling, platform-specific content strategies that maximize engagement
  • Lead digital-first communications projects across multiple practices and high-value clients
  • Achieve measurable business outcomes

What does it take?

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing and/or related fields, including significant experience in digital campaign management, integrated digital strategy, digital media planning, or digital consulting
  • Proven track record leading successful campaigns across multiple social media platforms and digital advertising channels
  • Comprehensive understanding of PR principles and earned media strategy
  • Strong data-driven leadership with expertise in advanced analytics across digital channels, transforming complex data into actionable business insights
  • Demonstrated success building and executing digital-first, performance-focused communications strategies
  • People management experience with proven ability to develop high-performing teams through effective mentoring and coaching
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with demonstrated success creating innovative, results-driven digital marketing strategies
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments, with self-motivation and initiative to drive projects forward
  • Thrives in diverse, multicultural environments with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
