Airfreight Import Specialist

- As an employee in the Luftfracht Import department at our Nuremberg Airport branch, your primary responsibilities will include independently coordinating and managing air freight import orders from pickup to delivery. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling order acceptance and operational coordination. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with our international partners, preparing offers, managing incoming shipments in Europe including electronic customs clearance, post-dispatch disposition, and invoicing.We are looking for individuals who possess strong customer orientation, service mindset, quick comprehension, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility, resilience, and a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a shipping and logistics clerk, a bachelor's degree in logistics, or equivalent experience/education are also required. Previous experience in air freight import, proficiency in both German and English (written and verbal), and knowledge of MS-Office are essential.Joining our team, you can expect to work in a collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy and creative freedom.
