As a close-knitted business in Singapore, the company focuses on delivering high-quality services to its clients through an efficient and well-supported network.Job Description * Plan, coordinate, and track all phases of HR projects assignments including creating and maintaining project timelines, task lists, milestones and deliverables* Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, internal consultants and support teams* Facilitate communications, manage expectations, and ensure responsiveness* Manage documentation, contracts, reports, and correspondence; prepare and present project updates, reports and dashboards* Coordinate meeting logistics (e.g. travel, scheduling)* Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, confidentiality of information, compliance with data protection and privacy policiesThe Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors. At least 3+ years of relevant experience in HR or project management within an international environment.
