Senior Google Ads Specialist – High Budget Campaigns
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead and optimize our paid search and performance campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience managing large budgets ($50K–$200K+/month), delivering measurable ROI, and scaling campaigns in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage high-budget campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test compelling ad copies, extensions, and creatives to maximize CTR and conversions.
- Optimize bidding strategies, budget allocation, and funnel performance (TOF–MOF–BOF).
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, and Conversion Rate using GA4, GTM, and other analytics tools.
- Run A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve results.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies, especially in regulated industries.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets of $50K+/month .
- Strong expertise with e-commerce, SaaS, or performance-driven industries.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and Merchant Center.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Google Ads Certification required (Advanced level preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
