We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Google Ads Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing Team and help us scale to the next level.
Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to uncover growth opportunities.
- Write and refine ad copy that aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and ensure ROAS and KPI goals are consistently achieved.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Run A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaign strategies to maximize impact.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in DTC or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with a strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
