Executive, Social Media (Entertainment, Special Events, Masterbrand)
Note: All content should align with Marina Bay Sands brand guidelines and deliver engaging social media content across platforms.
Job Responsibilities- Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to the entertainment portfolio across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Collaboration: Work with Property Marketing, Brand, Entertainment, and other departments to create compelling content (reels, images, copy captions) across shows, Special Events and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Multimedia Production: Produce images, videos, and graphics that showcase Entertainment and Event offerings and the Masterbrand experience.
- Brand Conformance: Ensure social media content adheres to Marina Bay Sands’ brand guidelines and aesthetics, while elevating audience excitement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote shows, entertainment events, and Marina Bay Sands as a destination.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, entertainment, and hospitality industries.
- Build an engaged social media community through active engagement, and timely responses to comments and messages.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, fans, and industry partners to expand reach and influence through post engagement.
- Provide monitoring support after office hours; 6pm-12am weekdays and weekends on a scheduled rotation.
- Collate TripAdvisor/Google reviews and provide weekly reports to internal stakeholders.
- Provide live coverage for events (e.g., show premiere nights, private events) via Instagram Stories.
- Produce post-event Reels and content in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to social media management.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in social media management for a key brand or agency.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience with content production to support social media shoots, with professional photography and videography equipment.
- Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
- Excellent verbal and written English for internal communication and social copywriting.
- Strong teamwork across departments and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with initiative, planning and organizational skills, and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet working hours requirements and adhere to policies.
- Professionalism and adaptability to changing trends and business environment.
