Social Media Junior Executive

We’re Ren, an advertising agency with expertise in content production and social media. Formerly Collabtive, we’ve recently rebranded, but our heart for creativity remains. We’re seeking a Social Media Junior Executive or Social Media Executive who’s clued in on all things social media and creative. The Role: Communicate with clients to receive briefs and feedback, share progress updates, or present creative ideas Stay on top of creative and social media trends, especially on platforms like Meta and TikTok Manage brands’ social presences, from content planning and copywriting, to community management and performance reporting Manage production shoots with creative teams as a client liaison, and sometimes producer Collaborate with internal team members including Account Directors and Managers, Strategists and Creatives See projects through from end to end, from initial timelines through to final execution and content delivery You May Already Have: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in marcoms, new media or advertising, or other related fields 1 year of experience working in digital or social media marketing, or in an agency environment (but fresh grads with a positive attitude are welcome to apply) Some hands-on or prior experience using Meta Business Suite, or in content management, content creation or client servicing roles on platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube and/or TikTok Type A Traits Beneficial to the Role: Multitasking skills to prioritise and execute tasks Meticulous, possessing a keen eye for creativity and detail Strong written and verbal communication, including good interpersonal skills Confident with clients, effectively and accurately distilling feedback into actionable steps for internal teams Stickler for timelines yet nimble to manage evolving requirements Competitiveness to curate and create trendy, attractive and engaging content A proactive team player, yet able to take on tasks independently Why Join Us?
