We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
  • Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting, inventory control, and material planning
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and finance
  • Manage supply chain budgets and operational costs
  • Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team to enhance performance and capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations
  • Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and MS Office
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Singapore and SEA supply chain and logistics landscape is preferred
