The position will cover programme administration, finance and fee processing, student services, and examination coordination.**Key Responsibilities:****Programme Administration and Operation*** Ensure the preparation and upload of course content on NTULearn for all MSc programmes.* Coordinate Student Feedback on Teaching (SFT): preparation, distribution, and compilation.* Provide event support for programme-level activities and student engagement initiatives.**Finance and Fees Administration*** Manage tuition fee collection and follow-up.* Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) fee collection.* Prepare tuition fee e-billing for submission to NSS Finance across all MSc programmes.* Process SkillsFuture claims for all MSc programmes.**Examinations and Assessment*** Prepare Excel marklists for all MSc programmes.* Request and check exam question papers; coordinate with PAs for printing.* OIC for script checking: coordinate checkers, schedules, and logistics.* Support conduct of examinations and mark entry rotation.**Student and Academic Support*** Provide administrative and operational support for MSc programmes as required.* Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the School or University.**Requirements:*** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any discipline* At least 2 years of relevant work experience in tertiary education preferred* IT knowledge, proficient in MS office application* Demonstrated ability to understand and to work in an academic environment* Demonstrated ability in analytical, planning and organizational abilities* Meticulous* Able to work independently and as a teamWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTUNTU is also home to world-class autonomous institutes – the National Institute of Education, S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Earth Observatory of Singapore, and Singapore Centre for Environmental Life Sciences Engineering – and various leading research centres such as the Nanyang Environment & Water Research Institute (NEWRI) and Energy Research Institute @ NTU ( ).Ranked amongst the world’s top universities by QS, NTU has also been named the world’s top young university for the past seven years.
