OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our team on a 1-year contract, with potential renewal and conversion to a permanent role. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between internal hiring managers, IT consulting/recruitment agencies, and potential candidates. This role requires strong coordination, vendor management, and excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth execution of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities- Partner with IT consulting and recruitment agencies to source and secure suitable candidates.
- Bridge requirements gathered from direct hiring managers with external vendors to ensure alignment.
- Engage with appointment vendors to open new requisitions or close out fulfilled positions.
- Arrange for technical tests to be sent to potential candidates via email.
- Track, review, and provide feedback on completed technical tests to hiring managers and vendors.
- Schedule and coordinate face-to-face or Microsoft Teams interviews with candidates in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are properly collected, verified, and recorded internally for audit and future reference.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records to support compliance and reporting requirements.
- Monitor progress of open requisitions and follow through until closure.
- Provide timely updates on recruitment status to hiring managers and vendors.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or project support roles.
- Familiarity with IT recruitment processes and technical assessment tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
- 1-year contract with possibility of renewal and conversion to permanent full-time role.
- Exposure to IT consulting recruitment projects and collaboration with leading external vendors.
