Reporting to the Resourcing Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead, the Senior Assistant Manager, Scholarships and Sponsorships will be instrumental in shaping and executing the cluster-level strategy for managing healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programmes at The Organisation. This role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, aimed at attracting, engaging, and developing a future-ready healthcare workforce. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships management, or student outreach/talent development. Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and workforce development strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
