Job Description:

Scope of Work & Responsibilities – Export/Import
  • Receive and process shipment orders triggered by customers.
  • Book freight with nominated carriers based on customer\'s carrier routing guide.
  • Provide quotations on services such as warehousing, transportation, and documentation.
  • Liaise with truckers to collect and truck empty containers from depot to customer premises for stuffing, and arrange movement of laden containers to port.
  • Prepare permits and other relevant applications/declarations.
  • Prepare Letter of Credit and final shipping documents.
  • Monitor shipping documents for shipment clearance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements Experience

1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in air freight operations preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficient in MS Office , especially Excel.

Familiarity with SAP or other IT systems will be an advantage.

Strong commitment to work excellence.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer service-oriented mindset.

Working Location

Candidate must be comfortable working at Changi Airfreight Centre.
