We are looking for a Global Process Owner in the Skill Center Team. About the Job The Global Process Owner is, for its financial domain (Order To Cash) responsible for the construction, adaptation, evolution and maintenance of the Clarins finance solution and standardized reporting frameworks as well as the associated user support. The Order‑to‑Cash process covers Manufacturing and Inventory management, Pricing and Invoicing for external customers across channels (Retail, e‑commerce, Wholesale) and Intercompany transactions, Credit Management and Accounts Receivable. The finance solution deployed across the Clarins Group as part of the REBOOT program is a Core Model of standard and vital functionalities composed of 2 major systems, Infor M3 and Workday, as well as a few other systems related to Finance (Basware, Treasury Xpress, HFM...), Sales & Supply Chain (M3, Cegid Y2, ….), and HR (Payroll tool, Success Factor…). The solution is applicable for all Clarins entities (Central and Subsidiaries). Therefore, the Global Process Owner always works with a Group vision. Main challenges of the Global Process Owner are: To support the adoption of the solution and the associated change in their way of working. To collaborate with Corporate and Regional Finance and IT to align requirements and deliverables. Area of Responsibilities On their perimeter, the GPO area of responsibilities is to: Help Clarins make the most of REBOOT and foster improvement Be the point of reference at Clarins for processes Supervise support provided to users (follow‑up of requests and incidents tickets, qualification and resolution, in liaison with Business Solution Experts and IT Experts) Establish KPIs to monitor processes and operational performance, propose continuous improvement and change programs Coordinate and lead the community of key users and local relay (Communication on release & tool evolution, collection of improvement process flow and reporting requests, sharing of best practices/tips, presentation of training kits…) Be the Core Model Guardian Own end‑to‑end process flows and data governance. Make the solution evolve over time according to Clarins Business needs, releases and market trends (automation, AI) Restrict country specific changes to mandatory regulatory needs. Manage FIT GAPs of Reboot deployment or of run Evolution Prepare ARCO (Arbitration Committee) to present and make validate evolution requests Ensure the security of financial transactions across systems: data quality, systems reconciliation, internal controls Secure rights and role attribution in accordance with segregation of duties rules Accountable for critical reporting Accountable for business documentations and procedures and training material (Workbooks/Design documentation/Training kit/ procedures and the Group Accounting manual …) Design and implement application roadmap Manage REBOOT “Post Go Live evolution” deployment and any other projects (design, build, tests, move to Prod) Collaborate with Financial Architect and IT to review technical feasibility, integration impact and costs and monitor deliverables. Accountable for keeping processes and tools simple, efficient, maintainable, harmonized and based on standard functionalities and good practices. Perform Technological watch and monitor the WD release roadmap. Identify and propose process improvements and innovative solutions that deliver measurable value across Finance (automation, AI, best‑practices) Set‑up a strong project governance (planning & progress follow‑up, action plan definition , meeting minutes, ….) in a proactive and collaborative spirit with all the stakeholders. Change Management: Drive adoption to ensure successful global deployment and sustained use of processes and tools by tracking KPIs, benefits realization and user feedback. Define and communicate the change vision, promote best practices and new ways of working to management and key users. Gather, challenge and align business expectations and priorities across the Group. Coordinate user support, training and stakeholder communication with the support of the Change & Communications team. Collaboration Drive team success by setting clear objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation, cultivating a high‑performance collaborative culture, and facilitating stakeholder partnerships across regions Partner with corporate, regional and local finance management to drive alignment with Clarins’ strategy. Work closely with colleagues from Skills Center, IT and Digital colleagues to ensure smooth integration of financial processes across the Group. You have: Education/Degree: Master degree in Accounting & Finance Background including total years of experience: Strong finance background, 10-20 years of experience in his domain of Finance (Pricing, Invoicing, Cost of goods, Stock, Credit Management and Accounts Receivable… ) in an international and multicultural context Project management experience to implement financial systems (ERP) and interfaces (process and reports design, configuration, tests, …), ideally in an Agile environment Team management experience Stakeholder management Systems knowledge (ERP, BI tools); experience with Workday, M3 and/or Cognos would be beneficial Technical skills: Accounting/IFRS standards/Tax Internal controls Excellent planning and organization skills Process design System analysis Strong problem framing and analytical skills Soft and Leadership Skills: Good communication skills towards all stakeholders Ability to work in a multicultural environment Is self‑directed / self‑motivated Is agile, humble, trustworthy, and a team player Proactivity in bringing new ideas, open‑minded to better embrace and promote change and innovation Can cope with a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous environment Ability to delegate and arbitrate About the benefits: 71 years of expertise in beauty and spa, with the Clarins and myBlend brands Unique products and innovative services A commitment to Social & Environmental Responsibility embedded in our raison d’être A caring and inclusive corporate culture Development and training opportunities Attractive compensation and benefits A flexible work environment If you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.
