You’ll define and maintain process standards, partner with IT and analytics teams to drive automation, and lead maturity assessments to ensure our planning capabilities are future-ready. From designing training paths to enabling continuous improvement, you’ll be the go-to expert shaping how planning is executed across Smith+Nephew’s global supply chain.Success in this role means being a strategic thinker, a collaborative partner and a change leader. You’ll need to bring deep expertise in supply chain planning and a passion for process excellence.* At least 12 years of experience in global supply chain planning, with a strong focus on process design, governance and transformation* Proven ability to implement and sustain global process standards in matrix organizations* Expertise in advanced planning platforms (Kinaxis Maestro preferred) and ERP systems (SAP, AX)* Strong communication, project management and leadership skills to influence across global teams**You.
