Overview

A leading Asian financial institution with a strong regional footprint is strengthening its Corporate & Institutional Banking platform in Singapore. Renowned for its stability, growth, and client-centric approach, the bank offers a wide suite of solutions to Financial Institutions (FIs) and Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs), and is now seeking to appoint an experienced Relationship Manager to further drive its FI/NBFI coverage.

The Role

As a Relationship Manager (FI & NBFI coverage), you will be entrusted with managing and expanding a portfolio of institutional clients, offering bespoke banking solutions and building long-term strategic partnerships. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious banker eager to grow within an established platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, develop, and manage relationships with FIs and NBFIs across Singapore and the region.
  • Provide a full suite of corporate banking solutions, including lending, transaction banking, and capital markets products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, credit, and risk teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage credit risk.
  • Drive new business development while deepening existing client partnerships.
Requirements
  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in FI/NBFI coverage within corporate or institutional banking.
  • Strong track record in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and delivering banking solutions.
  • Solid understanding of credit analysis, KYC/AML, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
