Jeppesen is seeking a Digital Portfolio Sales Director (Non-Executive) based in Singapore , who will be responsible for planning, developing and managing competitive sales campaigns both nationally and internationally. This position will be instrumental with proactively executing sales and delivery activities to customers within the assigned region.

Position Responsibilities
  • Drives sales and campaign activities to successful completion by integrating multiple aspects of customers' needs in a consultative manner. Crafts campaign-specific strategies, procures resources and secures management commitment to ensure successful execution. Creates metrics to monitor campaign project status and budget requirements.
  • Initiates, maintains and advances customer relationships and works to be accepted as a trusted business partner by the customer.
  • Establishes, maintains and expands network to address customer needs and keep lines of communication open.
  • Develops customer solutions by coordinating and integrating with internal and external processes and divisions to provide a competitive advantage and to foster business growth with acceptable margins.
  • Identifies future business opportunities and promotes the value of Boeing portfolio and partnership.
  • Develops strong relationships within Jeppesen with the aim to partner, engage, pursue, and win new business with new and existing customers.
  • Leads preparation of proposals by developing themes and discriminators and ensures correct members and resources are included in the team. Recommends alternative means of compliance to customer requests. Reviews and contributes to the final draft materials. Challenges recommended scope and cost to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Leads negotiations and finalizes commitments, ensuring mutual benefit to the customer and Boeing by interfacing directly with customer decision-makers and influencers. Leverages detailed understanding of both customer and Boeing needs and resources to find areas of alignment and integration. Obtains commitment within parameters approved by management.
  • Coordinates packaging of Jeppesen and Industry products and knowledge into complete solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Leverages company resources by building and leading a capture team to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage and foster business growth by using a comprehensive understanding of multiple Digital and Jeppesen products and services, processes and resources.
  • Leads the approval process by advocating the customer requirements and selling the business case to management to ensure quality deal. Balances the enterprise, business unit and customer goals to meet and drive LRBP.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proven track record as a successful customer-facing professional in the SaaS or aviation industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with sales and marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing competitive domestic or international sales campaigns.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Personality of a natural and charismatic Sales Director.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred prior experience in supporting the Japan market or customers.
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language is preferred to effectively manage and support Japanese customers.
