We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Support Analyst to join a fast-paced, multicultural IT environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for a range of corporate IT and security applications.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in application support or development;
  • Must have strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Must have experience with scripting/programming such as PowerShell, C#, Java;
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipeline tools: Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, TFS;
  • Good understanding of deployment processes and production pipelines;
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Asia and EMEA), weekends, and on-call duties;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

  • Basic knowledge of application servers and IT production environments;
  • Experience in the financial or regulated industry;
  • Certifications in ITIL or Cybersecurity;
  • Scripting or automation skills for process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical and functional support for a portfolio of corporate IT and security applications;
  • Handle user interactions via phone, chat, email, and support ticketing tools;
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems;
  • Escalate issues to L3 application or infrastructure teams when needed;
  • Monitor daily/monthly scheduled jobs and support batch activities;
  • Coordinate with project, infrastructure, and production teams to manage requests and tasks;
  • Maintain detailed reporting on tickets and operational metrics (daily/weekly/monthly);
  • Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies used in the support environment;
  • Ensure adherence to IT standards, procedures, and shift schedules.
