Overview
Medical Sales Specialist (Surgical Workplace) role at Manpower Singapore. Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to hospitals, community hospitals, and eldercare facilities. Build and maintain customer relationships and expand the customer base. Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to improve customer interactions. Organize and manage seminars, exhibitions, and product presentations. Conduct training programs, product evaluations, and gather feedback for new product development.
Responsibilities- Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to hospitals, community hospitals, and eldercare facilities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and expand the customer base.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to improve customer interactions.
- Organize and manage seminars, exhibitions, and product presentations.
- Conduct training programs, product evaluations, and gather feedback for new product development.
- Achieve sales targets and provide detailed quarterly reports on market intelligence, competition, and customer needs.
- Manage the product life cycle and implement brand management strategies.
- Collaborate with managers on new product launches and strategic positioning.
- Control project running costs for assigned accounts.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Nursing, Business, Biomedical Science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in medical equipment and consumables sales, preferably in intensive care.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
