As Human Resources Specialist , you will report directly to the HR Manager – Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and conducting candidate reference checks.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, policies, HR letters, and employee handbooks.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, including organizing induction programs and HR orientations.
  • Assist with offboarding processes and exit formalities.
  • Handle administrative HR tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Support the planning and execution of HR events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and other company events.
  • Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn and career pages.
  • Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the HR team and organizational objectives.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations
  • Prior experience in multinational companies (MNCs) is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of local employment laws and regulation is required
  • For ease of communication with both internal and external stakeholders, fluency in English is essential
  • Able to work effectively in a diverse and multinational environment
  • Highly motivated, work independently, positive thinking, proactive and open-minded
