Data Analyst - Business Intelligence, Regional SPX

What you will be doing: Our Business Intelligence Data Analysts go beyond performance monitoring and reporting; they play a crucial role in conducting in-depth data analysis and research that drive key business decisions across Regional SPX.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with large datasets to build visualizations and dashboards for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Understanding requirements to develop reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Building and maintaining data infrastructure, including pipelines and dashboards, to measure operational efficiency and impact.
  • Conducting research and synthesizing findings into clear plans and processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets to implement new systems and processes.
  • Driving adoption of initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Python preferred.
  • Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Hive SQL, Spark), ETL tools, visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data from various sources.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
