Are you ready to take the wheel and drive after-sales excellence across one of the most dynamic regions in the world?
We're on the lookout for a confident and strategic leader to head up our Aftersales operations across Asia-Pacific and Greater China. You'll be the go-to person for all things service, support, and customer experience, ensuring our teams and partners deliver top-tier aftersales across every touchpoint.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading the aftersales strategy across APAC and Greater China, think big picture, but act locally.
- Supporting and developing regional teams to deliver world-class customer service and technical support.
- Working closely with sales, product, and operations to ensure after-sales is part of the full customer journey.
- Building strong relationships with key partners and distributors, helping them succeed, so we succeed too.
- Analysing performance and finding opportunities to do things better, faster, and smarter.
What we're looking for:
- A senior aftersales professional with regional experience in APAC & Greater China, you understand the markets and how to work within them.
- Strong leadership skills: you know how to bring people together and get the best out of a team.
- A commercial mindset: you see after-sales as a growth driver, not just a support function.
- Someone who's just as comfortable in the boardroom as they are in the workshop.
- Fluent English; Mandarin is a big plus (but not a deal-breaker).
The role requires flexibility to support meetings and calls across different time zones, as well as frequent travel to various regions. The successful candidate will also need a full clean APAC driving licence and will be required to obtain an AML Level 3 permit once they've started with us.
