Segment Sales Manager

We are working with an global water treatment and HVAC equipment solutions MNC to look for a Segment Sales Manager (Data Center) . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center infrastructure and HVAC-related solutions that support cooling, energy efficiency, and sustainability. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving solution-based sales tailored for data center environments.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies for HVAC / ACMV and cooling solutions in data centers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with operators, developers, and consultants. Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions for client needs. Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field. Professional certification or diploma in HVAC systems is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in data center or HVAC sectors. Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and data center infrastructure. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus. Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP) or equivalent certification is a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
