Role 1: BD/Business Development Manager- Responsibilities and objectives include developing customer and supplier development strategies, expanding resources, and coordinating internal communication to reach deals and achieve targets.
- Seek and excavate supplier resources, explore new cooperation models, and enhance the company's industry competitiveness.
- Proactively identify customer needs, secure new opportunities, and establish relationships with clients.
- Focus on growing profits and maximizing margins by selling value-added solutions within complex organizations.
- Engage with customers to maximize efficiency and support the supply chain.
- Qualifications
- More than 10 years of experience in the electronic components industry or as a major electronic components agency.
- Familiarity with supply chain management and procurement processes.
- Experience in top 500 factory purchasing work is preferred.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- Skills in new business development, driving business strategies to meet objectives, and understanding client needs to negotiate effectively.
- Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships in the Japan/Southeast Asia/European/American markets.
- Provide long-term solutions to reduce procurement costs for electronic components.
- Develop new customers and expand marketing channels.
- Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the Automotive IC or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and analyze the electronic components market, understand customer needs, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in electronic component purchasing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
