Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and take ownership of product initiatives for merchant acquiring services, including payment acceptance, external-facing API designs, merchant onboarding, settlement, and overall user payment experience.
  • Define product strategies and roadmaps with a data-driven mindset to scale merchant integration and improve key metrics such as payment success rates and transaction volume.
  • Coordinate with business development, marketing, and operations teams to understand user and merchant needs and optimize product offerings.
  • Collaborate with risk, fraud, legal, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant payment flows while maintaining a positive user experience.
  • Manage relationships with global and regional key-account partners.
  • Draft clear product requirement documents (PRDs) detailing business flows and technical specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, consumer banking, or e-commerce. Experience with payment methods like e-wallets, Buy Now Pay Later, credit/debit cards is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-team projects.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset; experience with SQL and dashboards is strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-driven, able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical literacy to work closely with engineers and understand system architecture and APIs.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus.
