Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our in-store payment products. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in EMV standards, POS software design, and acquirer system integration, who thrives on driving innovative, secure, and customer-centric payment solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full product lifecycle for in-store payment solutions — from planning, design, and release to iterative optimization.
  • Design and deliver EMV-compliant terminal software (including tap-to-pay solutions), optimize transaction flows (sales, voids, settlement, etc.), and ensure compliance with EMV L3 certification and PCI P2PE security standards .
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define product positioning, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on trends like contactless payments, QR payments, and terminal operations.
  • Analyze merchant needs, translate them into clear product structures, user stories, features, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, terminal vendors, solution partners, and security providers to drive projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality outcomes.
  • Support customer delivery activities (e.g., payment routing, multi-channel integration) to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Define and track product performance metrics , continuously improving merchant experience, optimizing payment success rates, and reducing transaction costs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8+ years’ experience as a Payment Product Manager.
  • Hands-on expertise in EMV standards, POS software design, and acquirer system integration .
  • Strong knowledge of payment technology, including payment flows, operations, and channels.
  • Experience with EMV L3 certification management, ISO 8583 protocols, HSM/terminal security, and transaction routing .
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end payment projects, ideally integrating multiple payment channels or building new payment services.
  • Bonus: Experience with device lifecycle management, parameter configuration, and merchant analytics tools .
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to turn business needs into user stories and product specs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about innovation in payments and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
