What you\'ll be doing focuses on developing and executing CRM strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation across markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a Comprehensive Global CRM Strategy (audit and clean up existing CRM processes, initiatives, tools, and data; create a scalable global CRM framework; develop and evolve trigger lifecycle flows; define customer lifecycle stages and tailored strategies; build dashboards and reporting; grow and optimize Castlery\'s Loyalty Program; develop annual strategy and roadmap for each market; drive monthly channel performance reviews; coach country CRM teams; own onsite subscription flow).
  • Own and lead initiatives from strategy to execution across channels and markets.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and market-specific needs; collaborate with product/tech teams for advanced user flows.
  • Monitor and report CRM and loyalty performance to stakeholders; establish benchmarks and targets; drive growth through operational metrics.
Measurable Impact
  • Able to measure and quantify the impact of CRM channels on the business; track metrics across customer touch points and lifecycle; define operational metrics and levers to drive growth; set appropriate benchmarks and targets.
What you need to succeed
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably within a global or regional scope.
  • Proven success in building and managing CRM strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and loyalty program tools.
  • Proficiency in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and drive growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams effectively.
