Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health and wellness market to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet them. Promote and educate clients on the benefits of our products and services through presentations, demos, and product trials. Achieve and exceed sales targets , utilizing strategic selling and negotiation skills to maximize profitability. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional activities, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives. Track and report sales performance through CRM and provide feedback to optimize sales processes. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging wellness products to ensure our offerings remain competitive. Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development , preferably in the health and wellness or related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently to achieve sales goals. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Passion for health, wellness, and helping people improve their quality of life. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field. Familiarity with health and wellness products, such as supplements, fitness programs, or lifestyle improvement services. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
