Overview

We are working with a global investment bank with an established presence across APAC and an excellent reputation in the Singapore market. This is a newly created role for the region.

Responsibilities
  • As Head of HR Governance & Operations, you will be responsible for managing the effective implementation of HR policies and processes as well as ensuring they are maintained in line with local regulation, legislation and global standards.
  • You will work closely with HR leadership as well as business leaders and governance/compliance functions to advise on HR-related risk and compliance issues.
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in key HR compliance areas such as data privacy, regulatory requirements and employment law.
  • You will also have a deep understanding of HR operations and be able to demonstrate risk awareness, alongside working knowledge of governance and controls.
