About the role

As a Client Relationship Manager at MCI Career Services Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening key client relationships. Based in the Central Region, this full-time position requires you to proactively engage with clients, understand their evolving needs, and deliver exceptional service to support their business objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their challenges and requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customised solutions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, acting as a trusted partner
  • Identify new opportunities to expand existing client relationships
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and activities
  • Contribute to the development of client-focused strategies and processes
  • Support client retention and growth initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, relationship management role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities to identify and address client needs
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
  • Familiarity with the sales and account management processes
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
