Overview We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic professional to join a leading international hospitality organization as the Director of Commercial Partnerships for the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities As the Director of Commercial Partnerships, you will: Develop and execute strategies for regional commercial partnerships to achieve growth objectives. Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value commercial agreements across the Asia Pacific region. Analyze market opportunities and performance data to guide strategic decision-making. Collaborate with regional leadership, property owners, and internal teams to enhance partner value and alignment. Oversee the commercial framework for new projects and property openings across the region. Drive continuous improvement in partnership processes, reporting, and governance. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in commercial, development, or partnerships roles within the hospitality, travel, or related sectors. In-depth knowledge of Asia Pacific markets and multi-country business environments. Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills. A proven track record of delivering commercial success in complex, matrixed organizations. Strong strategic thinking abilities with a focus on actionable outcomes. Outstanding communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Day-to-Day Your daily responsibilities will include: Leading strategic discussions and negotiations with key partners to foster long‑term relationships. Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new commercial opportunities. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner performance. Providing strategic guidance on commercial frameworks for new projects and property launches. Preparing and presenting detailed reports on partnership performance and market insights to senior stakeholders.
