Our client is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of cloud-native technologies and container platforms. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, driving improvements in solutions and ensuring the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site guidance, training, and support for product trials; resolve customer technical challenges and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, propose solutions, and provide post-sales technical support.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project proposals, bids, implementation plans, and test reports.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate customer and market feedback to internal teams for product and R&D improvements.
  • Conduct technical exchanges and partnerships with external vendors or partners.
  • Manage support tickets, incidents, and service requests effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, cloud computing or internet-related companies.
  • Familiarity with mainstream cloud technologies, container platforms and related enterprise products.
  • Experience in after-sales support, R&D, or operations and maintenance of medium to large-scale projects is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
