Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and develop strategic sales plans. Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and drive results. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in IT/AV solutions. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
