Strategic Account Director – IT Infrastructure Management Location: SingaporeWork Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 12 – 15 YearsCompensation: SGD 110,000 – 135,000 (plus commissions; based on experience and performance) Job Overview A leading IT Infrastructure Management Services company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives across Singapore and the broader APAC region. The role involves driving sales of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions, establishing strong relationships with OEM partners, and achieving an annual sales quota of USD 1 million. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales leader with a proven record of success in large enterprise accounts and deep expertise in Citrix, VMware, or Windows Virtual Desktop solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive enterprise-level sales of IT infrastructure, cloud, and VDI solutions (Citrix, VMware, Accops, WVD). Meet or exceed annual revenue targets (minimum USD 1M) through new client acquisition. Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners (Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, AWS, Google, Accops). Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and accurate forecasting in CRM systems. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to enterprise clients, focusing on digital transformation and multi-cloud value propositions. Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to execute regional sales strategies. Lead sales initiatives with a 90% focus on new business acquisition and 10% account management. Contribute to business growth through strategic planning, opportunity identification, and client relationship management. Report directly to the Head of Sales – APAC (President – Sales) and coordinate with cross-functional leadership. Requirements 12–15 years of experience in enterprise sales within IT Infrastructure Management or Cloud Services. Minimum 3 years of experience selling Citrix, VMware, Accops, or Windows Virtual Desktop solutions. Proven sales track record exceeding USD 1M annually in VDI technologies. Experience selling to large enterprises within the Singapore/APAC market. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Established professional network with key enterprise clients and technology partners. Experience in digital transformation and cloud migration sales. Singaporean citizenship or valid authorization to work in Singapore. Nice-to-Have Skills Cloud certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in multi-cloud solution sales and regional account leadership. Exposure to SaaS and hybrid infrastructure environments. Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
