As an Associate in CFS AML Risk Management, you will be at the forefront of identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring the integrity of our banking operations. What you do Your day-to-day will involve: Reviewing customer profiles and understanding their source of wealth. Examining customer transactions to identify any suspicious activity. Documenting findings accurately and escalating potential risks. Maintaining a thorough understanding of AML regulations and procedures. Who you are A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field. Possess strong interpersonal and networking skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities. Proactive and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement. Learning Objectives This role will provide you with: Hands-on experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) reviews. Practical exposure to the management of Anti-Money Laundering risk for retail customers. Development of analytical and investigative skills in a real-world financial crime prevention context.
