About the Role We are looking for a strategic, hands‑on finance leader to oversee and elevate finance operations across a diverse, multi‑market real estate investment platform. This role blends financial governance, FP&A, treasury, and investment support with a strong focus on process transformation, automation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has deep real‑estate or private‑equity real‑estate experience, a strong record in leading teams, and a forward‑thinking mindset to modernize finance operations and drive business impact. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Lead end‑to‑end finance functions across corporate and investment entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. Oversee consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across regional and international markets. Provide actionable financial insights to senior management, supporting strategic and operational decision‑making. Treasury & Capital Management Collaborate with Group Treasury to optimize cash management, interest rate/FX hedging, and debt structures. Support financing, refinancing, and capital structuring for acquisitions, divestments, and corporate initiatives. Ensure compliance with banking, audit, tax, and statutory requirements. Investment & Project Finance Support Partner with investment and asset teams on acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and due diligence. Provide guidance on capital allocation, project financing, and investment decisions across key markets. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation Lead initiatives to automate and optimize finance processes, leveraging AI, analytics, and other digital tools. Continuously improve workflows, internal controls, and reporting standards. Drive adoption of modern finance systems, dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making frameworks. Team Leadership & Development Manage, coach, and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth. Ensure ownership of financial processes, reporting deadlines, and quality standards across teams. Who We’re Looking For Qualifications & Experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CA / CPA / ACCA preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including in real estate, PERE, or investment environments, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Exposure to public company reporting (e.g., SGX or equivalent) is an advantage, not mandatory. Hands‑on experience in FP&A, treasury, investment finance, and business partnering. Strong technical expertise in IFRS/SFRS, consolidation, intercompany accounting, and financial controls. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion, Fusion) and finance process digitization / AI adoption.
