Siemens Mobility Rail Infrastructure business supplies the global markets of rail and road-bound transport with innovative products and solutions for Rail Automation, Rail Electrification and in the area of intermodal mobility, apps and backend systems. Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis Support monthly closing and forecasting activities for Singapore and Asia Pacific. Manage financial reviews for monthly, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Analyse KPIs and provide insights to local, regional and HQ management. Prepare, develop and maintain controlling presentations and financial reports. Manage complex data points, huge data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Support the team in risk and opportunity identification. Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements from local, regional and HQ management. Stakeholder Management Liaise with various stakeholders across functions at local, regional and HQ level. Support the local stakeholders in their planning, forecasting and budgeting needs. Translate management financial performance expectations for the various functions. Partner with cross-functional teams for improved decision-making. Process Improvement Take initiative to improve FP&A processes within Singapore and in the region. Steer short-term to long-term digitalization initiatives within the finance function. Develop standardized templates and automated solutions. Support process harmonization efforts. Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a similar field (Master’s preferred). 3-5 years’ experience in Finance and Controlling. International work experience. Strong understanding of project accounting. Advanced proficiency in: MS Office 365 suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Data Visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and SAP. Proven record of conceiving, executing and implementing digital transformation in the commercial arena. Experience with QlikSense and Low-code platforms (e.g., KNIME) will be a plus. Strong understanding of commercial processes. Proven stakeholder management across organizational levels; ability to thrive in a matrix organization. Team player with sound cross-cultural sensitivity; resilient under pressure. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; problem-solving, creative and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated and proactive. Results-driven with attention to detail; excellent presentation skills. Fluent in written and verbal English; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
