Type: Full Time Salary: Up to SGD 9000 Key Responsibilities Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis Support monthly closing and forecasting activities for Singapore and Asia Pacific. Manage financial reviews for monthly, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets. Analyse KPIs and provide insights to local, regional and HQ management. Prepare, develop and maintain controlling presentations and financial reports. Manage complex data points and large datasets, translating them into actionable insights. Support risk and opportunity identification. Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements from management at various levels. Stakeholder Management Liaise with stakeholders across functions at local, regional, and HQ levels. Support stakeholders in planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Translate management financial performance expectations into actionable guidance for various functions. Partner with cross-functional teams to enable improved decision-making. Process Improvement Take initiative to improve FP&A processes within Singapore and across the region. Lead digitalization initiatives within the finance function (short-term and long-term). Develop standardized templates and automated solutions. Support process harmonization efforts. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling. International work experience. Strong understanding of project accounting. Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), and SAP. Proven experience driving digital transformation in finance/commercial functions. Experience with QlikSense and Low-code platforms (e.g., KNIME) is a plus. Strong grasp of commercial processes. Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across organizational levels; ability to thrive in a matrix organization. Team player with cross-cultural sensitivity; resilient under pressure. Strong analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated and proactive. Results-driven with attention to detail; excellent presentation skills. Fluent in written and spoken English; able to communicate complex information clearly.
