How you succeed You will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, working closely with stakeholders to understand needs and develop project plans that exceed expectations. What you do Change: Plan, Organize and Manage Delivery across the Group Lead collaboration with Business to define the prioritized book of work based on the business technology roadmap. Overall responsibility for delivery of business and technology capabilities aligned with strategies and roadmap. Manage and drive project activities across multiple departments, establishing roadmaps, project plans, resources, budget, schedule and task assignments. Ensure deliverables comply with Bank policies and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates to project sponsor and steering committee. Plan and oversee preparation of documentation of each project phase till production deployment. Work closely with Architecture and Engineering to define and govern appropriate architecture and design patterns for reusability, scalability and maintainability across the region. Ensure optimal customer and employee experience by collaborating closely with Product Owners and across GCOO group. Address and resolve issues raised by teams to ensure timely delivery. Drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality and productivity of the teams. Manage stakeholders and communication. Oversee internal teams and relationship with vendors supporting the Platform. Run: Oversee and ensure continuous availability and health of Production systems Accountable for the health of the platform in Production, ensuring availability and service level commitments. Manage incidents, restoring services and putting processes in place for timeline resolution. Work with teams for incident restoration and downstream dependencies. Implement proactive monitoring to detect and prevent incidents. Address risks such as vulnerabilities, capacity management, obsolescence. Plan, forecast and manage the platform operating budget within the annual operating plan. Drive root cause analysis and bring learnings to change and run teams. Risk Management Responsible for comprehensive risk management for the Platform covering project execution and BAU operations. Ensure compliance with Technology Architecture framework, Information Security Policy and Guidelines. Ensure compliance with regulatory and Bank policy in day‑to‑day platform management. Financial Management Manage technology investment budget covering external vendor and internal resources allocation for platform projects. Drive cost efficiency and resource optimization across the Platform for BAU day‑to‑day operations. People Management Manage resource skillsets and hiring to meet demand in line with annual budget. Grow talent across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China, responsible for succession and development plans for staff. Deliver the Platform’s employee engagement results. Who you are Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Strong team player, self‑driven, results‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving capability. Strong ownership and entrepreneurship spirit to drive success. Able to think out of the box. Relevant experience of more than 10 years as a Product Owner/Project Manager in large‑scale BPM programs. Thought leadership in conceptualizing ideas and translating them into tangible outcomes and benefits. People leadership to manage a team and influence stakeholders on the digital transformation journey. Experience in product development of core enterprise payment systems and supporting operations workflow.
