About Melashoppe Melashoppe is a growing consumer electronics retailer in Singapore.We specialise in smart devices such as phones, smartwatches, and tablets , and strive to provide an all-around experience, from finding the product which best suits our customers' needs to delivering outstanding after-sales service.We're looking to expand our reach & product range - including launching Typecase , a new premium iPad accessories brand we're bringing into Singapore.Join our small, passionate team where your ideas matter, and you'll play a direct role in shaping our next stage of growth.What You'll Be Involved In 1. Operations & E-commerce - Support daily order processing, stock updates, and logistics coordination- Creating product listings on our website and online marketplaces- Manage and respond to customer enquiries 2. Marketing & Brand Development - Assist in planning and executing product launches- Create marketing & social media content- Conduct competitor and market research3. Projects & Business Expansion - Contribute ideas to improve operations and brand presence- Website enhancement- New opportunities and partnershipsWhat We Are Looking For - Fresh grads, poly grads, or candidates with relevant work experience welcome- Able to work on weekends- Proficient in spoken and written English- Interest in tech, gadgets, business, or e-commerce- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset- Independent yet collaborative - we work as a tight-knit team- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Sheets, Canva, and e-commerce platformsWhat We Offer - 13th Month Bonus (AWS) + Performance Bonus annually (based on company and individual performance)- Friendly and supportive work environment- Opportunities to grow and contribute meaningfully to the company's successJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWork Days: 5-day work week Working Hours: 11am-8pmSalary: SGD 3,200 - 3,800/monthWork Location: 71 Lorong 23 Geylang, #03-21, Singapore (3-5 mins walk from Aljunied MRT)
