  • You are being invited to join the Analytical Technology Laboratory as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring the accuracy and organization of our data. The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent typing skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong dedication to delivering work of the highest quality.Your responsibilities will include accurately and efficiently inputting and updating data in our system, verifying the correctness of the entered data, organizing and managing both electronic and physical records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in data entry and reporting, collaborating with team members to uphold data integrity and compliance, as well as generating and presenting reports as required by the team or management.To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree, have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data entry or a related field, possess a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with high accuracy, be proficient in MS Office tools such as Word and Excel, exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills, demonstrate good written and verbal communication abilities, have the ability to effectively manage time and handle confidential information responsibly.This is a full-time, permanent position at the Analytical Technology Laboratory, offering benefits such as Provident Fund, a day shift schedule with weekend availability, and a yearly bonus. The preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and preferred experience includes 1 year with Microsoft Office and a total of 1 year of work experience.
