Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead the global compliance team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Global Compliance Oversight: Manage compliance areas including Code of Conduct, AML/KYC, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, ESG/CSRD, Sanctions, Insider Trading, and Conflicts of Interest across all entities, with emphasis on global service centers.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Monitor relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and client requirements; assess their impact and design compliance programs to ensure full alignment.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks through effective strategies, reviews, and internal audits.
  • Policy Governance: Develop, maintain, and enforce both global and local compliance policies via the Policy Board.
  • Training & Development: Build and deliver a comprehensive compliance training framework to strengthen employee knowledge and awareness.
  • Investigations: Direct and manage investigations into potential violations, partnering with Legal and HR to implement corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and industry bodies.
  • Ethics & Culture: Champion a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical business practices.
  • Monitoring & Controls: Establish systems to monitor compliance and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and enhance compliance frameworks to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Law
  • 10 years of experience in similar functions
  • Profound knowledge of compliance obligations with ability to initiate and implement adequate solutions and actions
  • Experienced in working with cross functional teams and managing stakeholder groups
