Overview

Senior Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance - Financial Services

Lead the compliance function of a growing global fintech payments firm. You’ll ensure regulatory adherence while embedding a strong, enterprise-wide compliance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all compliance activities, ensuring alignment with local regulatory obligations, internal policies, and best practices.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with financial regulators
  • Implement and maintain programs spanning AML, KYC, data protection, financial crime prevention, risk management, and related compliance domains.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective controls to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Advise senior leadership and board-level stakeholders on compliance matters and evolving regulatory trends.
  • Deliver targeted compliance training to employees, promoting ongoing regulatory awareness.
  • Monitor regulatory developments; recommend and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, timely regulatory reports.
  • Lead internal and external compliance audits and oversee remediation of audit findings.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Operations, and other teams to support business operations while maintaining compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years’ of regulatory experience
  • In-depth understanding of financial regulatory framework
  • Demonstrated experience in managing regulatory relationships and navigating compliance audits.
