Our client is a fast-growing data center operator in the Asia-Pacific region offering colocation, hyperscale, enterprise, interconnection and managed services. They are expanding and seeking a Head of Audit to establish and lead the Group’s internal audit function across Group entities in Asia. This high-visibility, standalone role reports directly to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.

You will lead a global compliance program with direct impact at Board level by driving ethics and governance in a fast-growing, mission-critical industry and collaborate with senior leaders across multiple countries.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the global compliance team and advise senior leadership and the Board.
  • Oversee compliance areas including Code of Conduct, AML/KYC, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, ESG/CSRD, Sanctions, Insider Trading, and Conflicts of Interest.
  • Monitor regulatory changes, assess risks, and implement effective compliance programs.
  • Develop and enforce global and local compliance policies.
  • Drive compliance training, awareness, and investigations where needed.
  • Act as primary liaison with regulators, auditors, and external counsel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, or related field (advanced degree/certifications a plus).
  • 10+ years of compliance experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of global compliance and regulatory frameworks; data centre industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to lead in a complex, fast-growing environment.

You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgment, the ability to work independently and take initiative.
