As an Analyst in the PCOE, you will be at the forefront of innovation and execution, supporting high-value client pursuits by embedding Generative and Agentic AI into Deloitte's solution offerings. You will assist in researching AI use cases, developing prompt strategies, preparing data inputs, and building lightweight prototypes. Your role is essential in helping the team move quickly and with precision during the pursuit cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct research on AI trends, client sector dynamics, and relevant use case precedents.
  • Support the design and development of AI-enabled solution assets and proof-of-concepts.
  • Assist in prompt design, data preparation, and solution testing for PCOE engagements.
  • Document AI frameworks, workflows, and pursuit outcomes for internal reuse and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate pursuit team meetings, inputs, and support activities during fast-paced bid timelines.
  • Maintain a structured archive of all GenAI assets developed for Deloitte Southeast Asia pursuits.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, data analysis, innovation labs, or similar environments
  • Familiarity with Generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Copilot)
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and basic scripting or automation tools
  • Strong research, organisational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines
  • Willingness to learn quickly and contribute to a pioneering team effort
  • Bonus if you have:
    • Experience supporting proposal teams or pre-sales engagements
    • Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM tooling
    • Interest in storytelling, UX, or product prototyping
